Shipping in the contiguous United States is 40 dollars. We can ship to Alaska and Hawaii for 75 dollas. Shipping to Canada is 65, but you MUST CONTACT US FIRST. Shipping to Canada involves a customs fee that is the responsibility of the buyer to pay. We do require a contact phone number to ship. If we do not receive it with payment, we cannot ship your pole. All poles are shipped Fedex ground with insurance and signature required. You can remove the signature requirement, but you must let us know.

We do not accept exchanges or returns. We will however, allow the customer to exchange a pole if deemed defective for a different color or type of pole. We will fix or replace any defective pole. We will schedule a time for Fedex to pick up your pole that is convenient for you. Once the pole arrives back at the shop, Lil'Mynx will fix or replace any problem at their discretion. There is no shipping charge to the customer for this. All poles are shipped Fedex ground for this process. YOU MUST RETAIN ALL ORIGINAL PACKING FOR THE DURATION OF THE WARRANTY PERIOD. WE CANNOT ACCEPT POLES BACK TO US IN ANY OTHER PACKAGING.

Your pole should ship out the next business day after payment is received in full. We do reserve the right to take up to 1-2 business days. We will send the tracking number for Fedex the day your pole ships. This will give you an estimated date of delivery.

During the Limited Warranty period, Pacific International Marketing & Promotions, Inc. warrants that the Lil' Mynx dance pole 1) is free from defective materials and workmanship, and 2) conforms to the factory specifications in effect at the time the dance pole was manufactured.

If within one (1) year from the date of purchase, this Lil' Mynx dance pole
fails due to a defect in material or workmanship, Pacific International  Marketing & Promotions Inc. will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the
pole free of charge. This warranty applies only to the dance pole itself, not
accessories or carrying case. This Limited Warranty does not include normal
wear and tear, i.e. scratches/finish. Pacific International Marketing & Promotions, Inc is not responsible for the misuse or improper installation of
the Lil' Mynx dance pole. Replacement parts are warranted to be free from
defects in materials and workmanship for thirty (30) days or for the remainder of this limited warranty, whichever is longer.
