We will ship your product in a plane brown box for discretion via Fedex. A tracking number will be provided to you as soon as the product leaves our facility. Returns are only for defective poles. If there is a problem, please contact us, and we will arrange for the pole to be picked up and returned to us at no charge to you. A nÑh pole will arrive promptly.
